The challenge
Growing organizations juggle a dozen disconnected tools for project tracking, monitoring, access control and reporting. Context is fragmented across systems, permissions are coarse and all-or-nothing, and there is no single source of truth for day-to-day operations.
Every tool boundary is a tax: status lives in one system, alerts in another, documents in a third — and stitching them together consumes the very engineering time the tools were meant to save.
What we built
A unified operations platform that brings the daily stack into one coherent system: project management (projects, issues, tasks, cycles, boards, roadmaps and timelines), a team calendar with reminders, internal messaging, real-time infrastructure monitoring with alerting, AI agents and assistants, and live analytics dashboards.
Access control is fine-grained — 45 permission modules across role tiers — so the platform can hold sensitive operational data without all-or-nothing trade-offs. A built-in content layer powers the public website from the same backend, removing an entire class of duplication.
The platform is also the proving ground for Circuitte's AI work: agents, decision-support views and automation patterns ship here first, in daily production use, before they reach customer engagements.
